A. Eligibility for Return
You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is:
Damaged or Defective: Received broken or faulty merchandise.
Incorrect Item: Received a product that does not match your original order (e.g., wrong size, color).
Return Conditions (Mandatory):
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
A copy of the invoice or receipt must be included with the return.
Note on Exchanges: We do not offer refunds for "Change of Mind" or "Incorrect Fit" but we may facilitate an exchange (subject to stock availability). In such cases, the customer is responsible for all associated return and redelivery shipping costs.
